What more appropriate place could there be to celebrate our community's
history than at Halifax's historic Pier 21 immigration museum?
Known as the 'Gateway to Canada', Pier 21 welcomed millions of
immigrants to our country from 1924 until the 1970s. Today, the
site is home to a beautiful museum dedicated to honouring the Canadian
immigration experience by sharing the stories of Canadian immigrants
throughout history.
